Welcome to “eatat”

These Terms of Service govern your use of “eatat”, operated by Kolmvision OÜ (Estonia). By
using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do / Don’t Do

We Do:

• Provide a booking platform for restaurants and diners.
• Make reservations easy and personalized.
• Keep your information secure.

We Don’t:

• Cook or serve food.
• Control restaurant quality or availability.
• Guarantee your dining experience.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to register.
• Keep your login details secure.
• We may suspend accounts that breach our policies.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Eatat does not hold or control customer
funds. The restaurant is the merchant of record, and payment disputes, refunds, or
chargebacks must be handled directly with the restaurant in accordance with its policies.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Reservations are subject to restaurant confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by restaurants.
• “eatat” may charge service fees, disclosed before booking.

The restaurant assumes full responsibility for all transactions, food, and services provided
to users. The restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Eatat (Kolmvision OÜ), its
aCiliates, and owners from any claims, chargebacks, or disputes arising between the
restaurant and users.

4. Provider Responsibilities

Restaurants must:

• Hold valid business and health licenses.
• Maintain liability insurance.
• Honor confirmed bookings.

5. Intellectual Property

• “eatat” and all branding are the property of Kolmvision OÜ.
• You may not use our logos, names, or materials without permission.

6. User Content

• Users may submit reviews, menus, and photos.
• By doing so, you grant us a license to display and share that content.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Misuse the app.
• Spam or harass restaurants or other users.
• Reverse-engineer or copy our platform.

8. Third-Party Content

We may link to external websites or show restaurant content. We are not responsible for their
accuracy or practices.

eatat is not a bank, money transmitter, or financial services provider. All payment services
are provided by Stripe under their terms of service. By using the platform, you acknowledge
that eatat’s role is limited to facilitating reservations and payment processing through
Stripe.

9. Liability

• We provide the platform “as is.”
• We are not liable for food safety, service quality, or disputes.
• Our maximum liability is limited to €100 or the total fees paid in the past 12 months.

10. Disputes & Termination

• Disputes with restaurants must be resolved directly.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
• Disputes with “eatat” are subject to Estonian law and arbitration in Tallinn

11. Changes to Services

We may add, modify, or remove features (including beta features) at any time.
